Restaurant Snapshot {MAD Greens}

Are you looking for a place to eat fast, fresh and healthy?

Then MAD Greens has you covered! This company started in Colorado to help people eat better and bring them food made from locally sourced ingredients. Most importantly though, their food tastes good. It’s actually pretty outstanding. They have (obviously) lots of filling and flavorful salads to choose from, as well as paninis, wraps, hummus plates, and fresh pressed juices. They make all of the salads and sandwiches to order and if you aren’t feeling what they have on the menu, you can create your own. The salad I tried was big and had lots of vegetables with a great ginger dressing. The hummus trio was also amazing, not only did it look pretty on the plate – but was smooth and had distinct flavors for a new spin on traditional hummus. I know beet hummus sounds crazy, but trust me, it’s delicious. 

MAD Greens is currently located on Scottsdale & Acoma, but they are opening TWO new locations this month in the valley. Each grand opening will feature a FREE Salad Day where each guest receives a free full sized salad (I highly recommend the Don Quixote pictured above or the Mark Twain pictured below) and a beverage. Each opening will double as a fundraiser for Phoenix Children’s Hospital where 100% of donations collected will go towards their Hope Fund.
