This past weekend our family enjoyed a phenomenal staycation at the Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak Resort.
This resort is an all-suite family resort with “Old Western Charm”.
To get a feel for the resort, imagine Tombstone for kids surrounded by a Lazy River and 3 gorgeous pools all part of the 4 acre “River Ranch” water park.
We love Lazy Rivers in 110 degree days and even found some relaxing shady spots to catch up on summer reading.
From now, through September 1st, the resort is offering rates from $109 to enjoy its “Summer Flashback” series, which entails poolside games, live entertainment, and family activities all inspired by 1950’s – 2000’s.
We enjoyed dining at the old western inspired “Hole–in-the-Wall”
Brisket and a cold beer for Mom & Dad; ribs and root beer for the kiddos. Yes Please!
We ended the night with drinks by the pool taking in the majestic view of the Phoenix Mountain Preserve.
