There is a new, fun experience that just opened at Scottsdale Quarter, and we think it is going to be the hot spot everyone is talking about. It is called Lip Lab and it is much more than a makeup store.
I took my daughters to the grand opening, and we had the best time at Lip Lab. Here is the rundown of everything we experienced!
First, be sure to make an appointment! They will have a dedicated Lip Lab color expert ready to help you through the process. Basically, you decide which product you want to create (lip stick, lip gloss or lip balm). Pick your color palette and the fun begins. Your Color Export will create your color and can adjust it until it is the perfect shade for you. This was my favorite part. Picking exactly what shade looks best with my coloring was so much fun.
Once you have decided on your shade, the Color Expert mixes up your shade and creates your custom product. You also get to add your own scent. I chose mint and think it is a refreshing scent every time I use my lipstick. Look at a picture of our Color Expert creating my color. He was the BEST and made the entire experience so much fun.
Next you get to pick your case and they even have an engraving station so you can customize even the case. I chose my initials. One of my daughters named her lip gloss. The choice is completely up to you.
We think this is a fantastic gift for anyone in your life who LOVES lip sticks or lip glosses. Everyone will have fun creating and customizing their own special color. And they sell gift certificates in the exact amount (plus tax) of lipsticks, lip gloss or lip balms.
