As a born and raised Arizona native, Gloria Ayala developed a strong love of giving back to her community at a very young age by seeing the difference she was making in the lives around her. In 2020 Gloria graduated from Arizona State University with a bachelor’s in business communication with an emphasis on Nonprofit Management. As Arizona Helping Hands Development Manager, she fosters relationships with community partners and seeks innovative ways to serve the families and children who walk through their doors daily. She is passionate about helping emerging youth discover their full potential and purpose.
