Let’s start with a meet + greet! PHX ID begins with an in-home design consultation up to 60 minutes. We’ll discuss your projects scope of work, time frame, budget and learn more about each other. Depending on the extent of the project you can expect many of our services:
1. Architectural drawings and documentation: floor plans, elevations, flooring layouts/transitions, lighting layout plans, RCP, renderings and/or 3D drawings.
2. FF+E (finishes, fixtures + equipment) selections.
3. All specifications for the home including but not limited to: cabinetry, tile + countertops, lighting, plumbing, flooring, exterior etc.
4. Furniture, Art/Accessories and Window treatment selections.
5. Order – Purchasing, Tracking, Installation + Job/construction oversight.
