When you think of holiday traditions in the Valley of the Sun, one thing immediately comes to mind: ZooLights at the Phoenix Zoo!
For nearly 30 years, the Zoo has illuminated Arizona’s holiday season with millions of lights, photos with Santa, a 200-foot-long Polar Slide™ and countless other unique, festive offerings.
Have you “herd?” This year, real reindeer have made the Phoenix Zoo their home for the holidays! Visiting from Windswept Ranch in California, their “village” is now open and guests can get an up-close view of these “magical” animals during the day and at ZooLights. There are three adults (Frosty, Snowflake and Velvet) and an adorable young female named Noel.
