A-MAZE-ING Time at the Odysea Mirror Maze in Scottsdale!

1

My 9 year old son and I tackled the Odysea Mirror Maze in Scottsdale, next to the Butterfly Wonderland, on a recent Saturday. The maze is setup with a rain forest theme with mirrored walls encompassing it.

The maze could be a little scary for the under 4 year old set, but it is a perfect activity for 5- 12 year olds.  We did it twice and besides Mom picking the wrong way both times, we managed to complete it. And we really had a lot of fun.laser tag entry

The fave attraction for my son was the separate Laser Maze Challenge. If your kid is into spy gear or Mission Impossible games; this maze will thrill them. The participant chooses a level between Easy and Expert (which basically means the amount of laser beams they will encounter). Then they enter the room and they must go over, under, or around the lasers without touching them.cj

This is all captured in the viewing area for parents to observe. Points are awarded based on ability to maneuver the laser beams. High scores make it on the leader board!

Here is more info, if you want to check out this new local attraction.
