UMOM’s mission is to end family homelessness by restoring hope and rebuilding lives. This nonprofit is an innovative provider of shelter, housing and services for people experiencing homelessness. Each night, they provide safe shelter and support for nearly 700 individuals experiencing homelessness. Additionally, they offer affordable housing to people across the Valley.
The stocking stuffer donations will help them support families during a time of need – the holiday season. By donating these items, you can make a huge impact on a child’s Christmas. Additionally, the Welcome Kits are a great offering for those who are newly being supported by UMOM. It allows them access to basic household items, so they don’t have to worry about obtaining the necessities.
On Sept. 9, the AMA will be hosting a trade show event. As part of this event, members of the association will be assembling the stockings for UMOM.
