The Scottsdale Unified School District has 30 schools serving about 23,000 students. More than 3,000 persons are employed by the district, including about 1,500 teachers. SUSD Community Education offers tuition-based programs for toddlers (2s), Preschool (3s) and Pre-Kindergarten (4s).
Our vision is an environment where parents and staff work together to ensure every child has the opportunity to fulfill his or her potential to the highest degree, following the inspired work of Maria Montessori.
Our school allows students to make connections across the curriculum in order to unify and deepen their learning experience and understanding. Children will see the relevance of what they are learning as it applies to their world, and be challenged to become empathetic, kind, compassionate and globally-aware citizens.
Our humble beginnings started with a desire to give our children the skills to give them an advantage for their future. We believed that if our children can read, write and speak in the three most spoken languages in the world they will have a competency that no other child possess.
At Camelback Desert School, we expertly combine academics and structured play for students ages 12 months to kindergarten in a fun, safe and nurturing environment.
Our students are offered unique experiences every day that foster creativity, discovery, social and emotional growth and a genuine love for learning. The warm, Christ- centered environment and closeness between preschool families and staff provide a quality, nurturing program that allows every child to be happy and successful.
Desert Sky Montessori was established in 1995 for the sole purpose of providing young children with the very best care and education. Our method follows the teachings of Dr. Maria Montessori, a pioneer in the field of child development. We provide a rich environment in which children naturally learn through curiosity, experimentation, and gentle guidance. It is our delight to “follow the child” on his or her learning adventure.
Step onto the El Dorado Private School campus and you can feel the power of a truly exceptional learning environment. Low student/teacher ratios throughout all programs ensure your child plenty of individualized attention, instruction, and care.
Global Minds is a weekday preschool that also operates as an after school language learning facility for children in grades K-12th. In our preschool program, our experienced, caring teachers primarily focus on speaking Chinese, Spanish or French since it is the natural first component of any language. Through demonstration, repetition, group, individual and interactive play, Global Minds makes becoming bilingual an easy, fun, and playful experience!
We are excited for 2021! and looking for the right candidates to join our U.S Proctoring team.
