Children in our classrooms are active participants in the learning process through an approach known as Emergent Curriculum. This is a way of planning based on children’s natural curiosity and interests.

Montessori Academy will guide children on their journey into a continually evolving, dynamic world that engages their minds and enlivens their imaginations. Each component of the educational journey will instill a love of learning, high self-esteem, and positive values resulting in high academic achievement.

Our well-rounded preschool program is ideal for children aged 2-5. It is the desire for our staff here at WhizKidz to foster imagination and creativity in your child, while teaching them what they will need to know as they move forward in their school years. Our program integrates all aspects of the child’s development while supporting the philosophy of Maria Montessori. The whole child is cared for and nurtured in our center. Little Friends Montessori is a fully equipped, privately owned, early childhood Montessori program.

Global Minds is a weekday preschool that also operates as an after school language learning facility for children in grades K-12th.   In our preschool program, our experienced, caring teachers primarily focus on speaking Chinese, Spanish or French since it is the natural first component of any language. Through demonstration, repetition, group, individual and interactive play, Global Minds makes becoming bilingual an easy, fun, and playful experience!
