On the Friday evening after Thanksgiving, my family piles in the car ready to see Christmas lights! We spend the day putting up the tree, decorating the house, watching movies (Elf if I have a vote!), and drinking hot chocolate.
Our hearts are full of gratitude and our tummies are full from Thanksgiving and we are ready to be silly, listen to Christmas music, and see the lights!
Last year, our Scottsdale Moms and Phoenix Moms teams put together a list of our favorite free spots to see Christmas lights! There were so many wonderful locations that I had never heard of before! We have a few native Phoenicians on the team who shared their best kept secrets!

My family decided to try out the list created. There are 10 locations this year! We’ve checked to make sure they are open (according to their Facebook page) and updated the list to remove any that are closed. We’ve also scoured the reviews to address any concerns from previous years.

The entire route is more than 40 miles. My family split it up into three different evenings of fun!
