In this series we’ll tell you about the top 3 new things we’re loving in AZ. Follow along this summer for new restaurants, recipes, experiences and other things you’re sure to love.
New Restaurant
Koibito Poke – Gainey has a new brand new fancy location in the Gainey Ranch Shops. Their poke is so good, but they also offer chicken for the fish adverse family members.
I love that you could get something different every.single.time with all of the combinations available.
My kids love that they offer pineapple dole whip that tastes just like Disney’s. It is a great treat on these hot AZ days.
New Recipes
Summer feels like it is just flying by in our house. I have a few summer treat recipes on my bucket list that we want to make before back to school is imminent.
1) Oreo Dirt chocolate pudding with gummy worms is a throw back to growing up in the 80s. I think my kids will love this and it is fun to make.
2) While searching for the above dessert I found several Beach pudding cups with little gummy fish. So cute. We will have to try one of these too!
3) We also love to make these mini ice cream sandwiches. They are easy to make and delicious.
New Activity
My kids also have a few fun things on their summer bucket lists that we will have to do before the summer vacay 2021 is over.
