3 Easy Brunch Ideas

Easy Brunch Ideas to make your next Sunday easy!

One of my favorite things is to host friends {new & old} for meals at my house. Bringing friends together to eat, drink & catch up is such a great way to build new friendships and reconnect with old friends. But there is nothing worse then inviting people over and spending the whole time in the kitchen trying to prep and finish everything that you don’t get a chance to sit down with your guests. So here are my 3 easy go-to brunch “recipes” that you can prepare ahead of time to feed any size crowd!

Easy Egg Bake {make it ahead of time}

Greek Yogurt Parfait {make your own station}

Nothing beats Greek yogurt with granola, fresh berries, and maple syrup. Put out these options and more on a pretty tray with little cups and spoons. Everyone can make their own little parfait cups. All these ingredients are found at Trader Joe’s and they are delicious together!

Bagel Bar {with all the fixings}

Toast bagels and cut into thirds, add to a tray with cream cheese, diced shallots, sliced tomatoes, smoked salmon, capers, and anything your guests would want to smear on their bagel.

Add a mimosa bar with champagne and fruit juices like mango or pineapple & orange juice blends for a fun take on the classic and you are all set for an easy brunch with a variety of flavors for all tastes. Do you have a great go-to easy brunch idea or recipe we can try next? Please comment below!
