How clean is your car seat?

Thank you BuyBuyBaby for inviting us to try this new service for this post!

Last week, I sheepishly walked into buybuyBaby with my rear facing car seat and forward facing car seat. I had been invited to try out their new Tot Squad service. As I stacked them in the cart to take them inside, I was seriously hoping no one would recognize me. They were terrible, especially once they hit daylight. As I handed them over to Kayla behind the desk, she reassured me that she had seen worse. She promised that it really wasn’t that bad and it would be done soon.

You have to promise me that as you look at the pictures below, you remember that we are keeping it real. Next time you see me, you are not allowed to tease me about how amazingly gross they were.

I took the kids back out to the car to clean it a little while the car seats weren’t inside. You would have thought I took them to a magical playground!

We wandered the store and checked back after 1 & 1/2 hours. I could not believe how clean they were! It seriously looked like they were brand new. I teased Kayla that she had just given up on them and put brand new ones out for me. She laughed and reassured me that they really were the same ones I brought in. I was thrilled that I agreed to take one for the team.

It was one of the best gifts I’ve ever received. This would be a perfect gift for any mom using car seats!
