The CycleBar Experience

First of all, we want to give a shout out to CycleBar for hosting the SMB readers for the final week of the 2017 Fitness Challenge! It has been a challenging 5 weeks trying all of the different Valley health businesses. We have pushed ourselves, tried new programs and made new friends.

For our final week, we had so much fun with the CycleBar group at McCormick Ranch CycleBar and appreciate them for giving us such a warm welcome ALL WEEK LONG!

We hope you had a chance to try out CycleBar this week, and if not, put it on your to-do list. It is such a cool, fun place. The instructors are tough but make the 45 minutes fly-by! I love the entire facility and how supportive and helpful everyone is towards us newbies.

If you have not tried CycleBar before, you should go! They keep the music fun, they incorporate arm exercises with all that tough leg work to give you balance, and everyone is really helpful. Follow them on Instagram to find out when they are going to have themed music classes, like on Valentine’s Day, they hosted a Justin Timberlake only class. It was 45 minutes of all JT songs. We had a blast! It was a great way to start out the day.

Class Packages:

CycleBar has a monthly 4-Pack available($59) and a monthly 8-Pack available ($109). If you would like to attend class more often, they also have a new Monthly Unlimited Membership for $149. Signing up for a membership also gets you 4 Free Classes a month at CorePower Yoga in Old Town as well as 10% off all CycleBar merchandise.

McCormick Ranch CycleBar is located on the corner of Indian Bend and Scottsdale (next to the Wild Flower). Visit the website for more info about how you can sign up for a class.

Thanks again to CycleBar and all of our sponsors for a great start to 2017!
