We’ve joked about what life was like before Pinterest took over and read the articles hilariously showing the worlds Pinterest fails. But….there is another side to this madness. We want to share our Pinterest Wins! The recipes, crafts, and home ideas that actually worked and helped us get dinner on the table. Janet: Every year our neighbor gives us a big bag of lemons from her tree, so I make homemade lemon curd using this recipe I found on Pinterest.
Jenny: This is one of my favorite recipes I’ve gotten off Pinterest, Spicy Avocado Chicken Enchiladas. I’m making this for dinner tonight, I always use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream, wheat tortillas and less cheese than the recipe calls for.
Jessica: I love this recipe for one GIANT peanut butter cookie, it’s so easy and great when I get a craving for dessert and don’t want to make a whole batch of cookies. Plus, it’s delicious.
Kallie: Grain free, fat free, and sugar free brownies?! That basically means they are healthy. They turned out amazing as you can see from my picture.
