A water bottle that helps you reach your health goals {a review}

wb1-thirdIt is no secret that drinking lots of water is good for you. It is not always easy to get in the required amount of ounces every day. I recently started drinking at least a gallon of water per day. After 15 years of living in the desert and having borderline dehydration from not drinking enough water, this was so hard for me.

At first, I felt like I was choking down the water. It would even upset my stomach. Ugh….it was painful. But an easy trick I found is flavoring the water. There are so many different ways you can do this to really mix up the taste. It is surprising how a little flavor really makes such a difference.

 

A great way to add the flavor to your water is with this Glass Infuser Water Bottle. It has a perforated disk that keeps the fruit in the container, but the little holes lets the water through for you to drink. It is BPA free and easy to clean.  wb3

Here are a few ideas you can use to flavor your water:

  • lemon, lime or any citrus
  • mint
  • cucumber
  • any fruit you have on hand works well

Add the fruit to your water and drink up! Another great tip is to freeze the fruit, it will flavor your water and keep it cold.
