Happy Valentine’s Day!
Hope your day is filled with LOVE and CHOCOLATE!
Here’s a peek at how Valentine’s Day looks at some of our contributors’ homes!
Valentine’s Day at our house is pretty simple. I still feel like I’m in the post-holiday burnout. So I am all over the store bought Valentines and boxes of conversation hearts. I can’t take credit for the beautiful cookies, my neighbor brought them over for the kids to enjoy. So sweet!

My-V-day wreath! Wooden monogram found on Etsy. I painted it read and added a holiday ribbon!

Valentine’s Day is my birthday! When I was little (say, turning four, pictured here) I used to think ALL the decorations and gifts were about ME. These days it’s a chaotic day of class parties and chocolate, but I always enjoy my holiday/birthday combo

Valentine’s Day at our house is simple {Simple? Me? Would you expect anything different!?} I love that you can pretty much turn any food or meal into a celebration by shaping it like a heart, or adding a little red dye No. 5 – We usually make a fun breakfast or dinner and spend it with the people we love.

I know it’s not fancy or crafty, but we love the store bought valentines! The kids pick their favorite “theme”. My older one loves writing notes to her friends, and it’s great handwriting practice for my younger one!

I love to bake up somecute mini cupcakes and have a playdate with my favorite mommies and their kids. We make crafts, hand out valentines and eat treats…what more could you want!

Batman, Spiderman, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles! This is what Valentine’s Day looks like when you have little boys! (No, Pinterest never showed up at my house to take pictures)
