Easter is here! It’s the beginning of spring, full of hope and new life. For moms, our to-do lists are filled with picking cute little outfits in a rainbow of pastel colors, dying eggs and filling baskets with sugary treats, planning extravagant holiday dinners, and contemplating the spiritual traditions that we are creating for our children.
For those of us who were raised in church, Easter signifies a time when we feel as though we “should” attend church services. For those of us who weren’t, we often question at Easter whether we would like to give our children a spiritual upbringing different than our own. For all of us without a regular church home, Easter Sunday carry both a sense of obligation and expectation. It can be awkward and intimidating to try to find a place to celebrate the holiday with your family.
We hope you’ll consider visiting E3 this year. We believe that life is more than a destination; it’s a journey…so we’ve built a church for the journey. Our services are designed for everyone to enjoy—even if you’ve never been in church before. The first thing we ask of you is simple: Relax. You’re with friends! When you visit E3, you’ll meet friendly people who are glad to meet you and willing to offer assistance. We’ve created a casual atmosphere, so don’t worry about what you wear. Leave the tie at home and dress casually.
So what will you find at E3 this Easter?
- A relaxed atmosphere
- Friendly people who will help you find your way around
- Today’s music and high-impact media presentations
