“Did I just say family date night? Sounds like an oxymoron. A traditional “date night” is supposed to be two people – one on one – a time to reconnect with each other. So, why take the kids? For starters, kids learn by watching us and can learn kindness as they watch their parents sit down to a meal together. Second, children need a place to practice those manners!”
