This week’s MomSense is channeling the first part of the definition:  “sensible or reasonable.”  I consider saving $32 both sensible AND reasonable!

I lucked out in three ways with my trip to the zoo:  Lucky #1. Reagan had some major scheduling derailment happen on Friday morning and so I found myself with an awake baby at 9:30am on Friday (she usually sleeps 9-11am), so I checked the Scottsdale Library website just to SEE if there were any culture passes still available…. YES!  MANY! Lucky # 2. The Library doesn’t open until 1o am on Fridays… so there was hope for me yet!  Lucky #3:  Because I had a baby in a stroller, a very sweet lady let me stand in the shade next to her… RIGHT next to the entrance (so I was the FIRST person into the library)  (I must have looked ridiculous sprint-walking to the kiosk to snag the fateful Phoenix Zoo pass!)

Here’s the evidence of all of this:

Oh, and we got to see the NEW BABY ZEBRAS while we were there!  And through June 18th, you can vote to name these lovely newbees!  Here’s one of the darlings:
